Pages 9-26AimThe purpose of this study was to determine the comparison of the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral sexual therapy with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to sexual function in women with sexual dysfunction.MethodThe research method was semiexperimental and from pre-test, post-test, follow-up with control group. The statistical population consisted of all 25-45 year-old women married in the city of Sonqor, who were referred to the clinic of psychology and counseling of Avysta in the first half of the year 96. The sample consisted of 45 women who were selected by available sampling method and randomly divided into three groups (15 persons) Cognitive behavioral sexual therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and control group (for control group, no therapeutic intervention Not taken). Participants of the three groups completed sexual performance questionnaire before and after the intervention. Descriptive statistics, covariance analysis and Bonferroni post hoc test were used for data analysis.ResultsSexual function improvement in both experimental and control groups was significantly higher in the post-test and follow up stages than the control group (P <0.001). When comparing the effectiveness of the two approaches, it was found that cognitive behavioral Sexual therapy was more effective and effective than acceptance and commitment-based treatment in improving sexual function (P <0.001).ConclusionThe findings of this study can be used for clinical and therapeutic interventions to improve sexual function. Keywords: Cognitive-behavioral Sexual therapy, Acceptance, Commitment Therapy, Sexual Function

Pages 27-38AimMigraine is the most common type of chronic headache that psychological factors play a large role in the formation and intensification of it. The purpose of the present study was to compare the effectiveness of compassion focused therapy with Transdiagnostic treatment on migraine symptoms.MethodsThe present study was of quasi -experimental design with pre-test, post-test and follow up and control group. Population was comprised of people with migraine referring to Shahin Shahr oil industry clinic. A total of 45 migraines patients participated in this study, divided into two experimental groups: compassion focused therapy (15 patients), transdiagnostic (15 patients) and control group (15 patients). Both of the compassion focused therapy and transdiagnostic groups received 8 weekly 90 minutes sessions. Subjects were evaluated using Chohen (1983) Perceived stress scale in pre-test, post-test and follow-up.ResultsThe results showed that there was a significant difference between the mean scores of pretest and posttest in the experimental and control groups. Also, comparing therapeutic groups showed that there was no significant difference between the efficacy of compassion focused therapy and transdiagnostict reatment on Perceived stress. Data were analyzed using repeated measures variance analysis.ConclusionBased on the results of this study, it can be concluded that both types of treatments were influential on the reduction of Perceived stress, and compassion focused therapy and transdiagnostic treatments can be used reduce the perceived stress of people with migraine. Keywords: Compassion Focused Therapy, Transdiagnostic Treatment, perceived stress, Migraine

Pages 55-67AimAim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of education on stress relief based on conscientiousness on resiliency, emotional regulation and attachment styles in men.MethodThe research method was a semiexperimental design with "pre-test, post-test and followup" with the control group. The population of the study consisted of men from 30 to 40 years old in Shahr-e-kord, and in order to collect the data from the research Conner & Davidson Resilience Questionnaire (CD-RISC), Emotion Difficulty Scale and Collins & Reid Attachment Questionnaire were used to analyze the data from this program using SPSS-21 software. Using descriptive statistics methods such as mean, standard deviation and standard error of data, then using the statistics method Layl Variance for the study of the main hypothesis and covariance for the first and second sub-hypotheses will be used.ResultsThe research hypothesis that the reduction of stress-induced stress relief is effective on men's resilience. The results of multivariate covariance analysis The experimental group in the subscales of the nonacceptance of emotional responses, the difficulties of handling targeted behavior, impulse control difficulties, lack of emotional awareness, limited access to emotion regulation strategies, lack of emotional transparency, and subscales of safety and avoidance of post-test stage Has a higher mean compared to the control group lost.Conclusionmindfulness-based stress reduction training on Resiliency, emotion regulation and attachment styles in menKeywords: Self-discipline based on stress, emotionalregulation, attachment styles

Pages 69-81Aimthis study was carried out aimed to determine the mediating role of resiliency in relation to early maladaptive schemas and anger management strategies for patients with coronary artery disease.Methodthe present study is considered as a descriptive correlational research. The statistical population included all patients with coronary artery disease referred to Government Heart Hospitals in Tehran during the second six months of 2017, 1,400 people, who were selected using purposive volunteer sampling, 302 patients (163 female and 139 male patients) were selected as the research sample. The research tools included The Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC), Yang's early maladaptive schemas, and Hammond & Yung’s Anger Management Skills. The test data was analyzed using structural equation modeling.ResultsAccording to the results, resiliency mediates the relationship between early maladaptive schemas and anger management strategies. Resiliency and anger management strategies somehow have a predictive role for early maladaptive schemas, so that the early maladaptive schemas reduce by increasing the resiliency and anger management control strategies. The results also showed that there is an indirect relationship between early maladaptive schemas with the mediating role of resiliency and anger management strategies, so that the aggression of the patients also increases as the early maladaptive schemas increase, and, consequently, their resiliency rate decreases.ConclusionIt seems necessary to pay special attention to the importance of resiliency and early maladaptive schemas as euthanasia processes in development of transdiagnostic programs to increase the anger management skills of cardiac patients. Keywords: Resiliencs, Anger, Schema, Coronary arterydisease

Based on the latest available statistics of 560 couples, 225 couples were selected as sample size. The sampling method was available in a class that was available in proportion to the size of the population. To measure the variables used in the research, two emotional intelligence questionnaires and a positive feeling questionnaire were used.Resultsof the study indicated that the t values obtained for the comparison of the mean of each dimension of emotional intelligence between married individuals with early marriage with late marriage married at the alpha level of 0.01 (two domains) 1) is bigger and there is a significant difference between the early and late marriage of married people in terms of emotional intelligence and each dimension. And married people with late marriage in all aspects of emotional intelligence have a higher average than married married ones. So the assumption of the research was confirmed. There was a difference between a positive affection for a spouse among married couples with early marriage with married couples late in marriage. Also, there is a significant difference between the married and the early and late marriages in terms of positive feelings of change, and married people with a late marriage had a higher than average marriage in the positive sense of an early marriage, so the assumption was confirmed.ConclusionThere is a difference between emotional intelligence and its dimensions among married couples with early marriages with married couples late in marriage, and there is a difference between the positive feelings of married women and their early marriage with married couples late in marriage. Keywords: emotional intelligence, positive emotion, earlymarriage, late marriage

Pages 95-111Aimof this study was to investigate the role of psychological nerve skills (transfer, inhibition, updating, continuous functioning and planning-organizing) in predicting the learning performance of students with learning disabilities.MethodThe present study is a descriptive-correlational study. For this purpose, 116 primary school students were selected by random sampling method. Measurement tools used in this study include Wisconsin Test, Stroop Complex Assignment, London Tower Test, Active Memory Test, and Continuous Performance Test. To assess the ability to predict academic performance through independent variables, the study was used to determine the variance of academic performance using the LISREL structural model.Findingsof this study indicate that there are violations in the executive practices of children with specific learning disorder.Resultsso it is suggested that new therapeutic interventions be designed to restore functional functions in children with special learning. Keywords: Switching, response inhibition, update, organize Planning, continuous operation
